About Us
Clicker Monster is a company founded with faculty in mind.
Several members of our family are professors and instructors across different disciplines, and when we get together, the conversation often turns to a shared challenge: how to engage students actively during class and know, in real time, whether the material is truly landing.
Even after a carefully designed lecture or seminar, it has always been difficult to quickly identify which students are struggling and what misconceptions they may have. Traditional approaches like open-ended questions make it hard to hear from everyone, and older classroom response systems usually only provide percentages — leaving professors without clarity on
who
needs support.
That frustration sparked an idea. Together with the faculty in our family, we began designing a tool that would go beyond polling to deliver immediate, name-attached insights and flexible ways to assess learning in the moment. Our team was tasked with turning that vision into reality — and Clicker Monster was born.
